A workflow is eligible for a live pilot under this quiz only when all three conditions are met:
- Total score is at least 39.
- Every answer scores at least 2.
- Q5, Q6, Q10 and Q14 each score 3.
This makes unresolved scope, outcome evidence, legal review, data handling, permissions, economics, ownership and contractual responsibilities non-compensable weaknesses. The four additional 3-point requirements demand executed evidence for action recovery, fallback, testing and rollback.
Deterministic scoring rule:
score = sum(Q1 ... Q15)
all_foundations_met = every question >= 2
critical_tests_passed = Q5 == 3 and Q6 == 3 and Q10 == 3 and Q14 == 3
pilot_eligible = score >= 39 and all_foundations_met and critical_tests_passed
Any unresolved issue classified by the accountable reviewers as launch-blocking also stops deployment, regardless of the questionnaire result. Out-of-scope clinical, emergency, financial-advice or other consequential workflows require specialist assessment rather than approval through this general-purpose quiz.
What would the override look like in practice?
These are fictional scoring examples, not customer results:
| Example | Calculation | Correct interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Home-services agent with an unverified after-hours transfer route | Fourteen answers at 3; Q6 at 1 = 43/45 | Hold live deployment. High commercial readiness does not replace tested fallback. |
| Dental scheduling agent with unresolved patient-data handling | Fourteen answers at 3; Q8 at 0 = 42/45 | Hold live deployment. Resolve data responsibilities and required agreements first. |
| Well-documented workflow with four essential controls tested | Eleven answers at 2; Q5, Q6, Q10 and Q14 at 3 = 34/45 | Structured evaluation stage. Critical tests are necessary, but broader readiness still needs strengthening. |
