Built to be used by keyboard, screen reader and phone.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the site and the tools.
What we have done
- Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Forms have labels, error summaries that link to the fields, and inline error messages.
- Calculation results are announced to screen readers when they change.
- Status is never conveyed by colour alone: results carry text and distinct symbols (✓, !, ✕, ?).
- The call player has a keyboard seek control, transcript timestamps that seek the audio and a text record of each moment. Audio never plays automatically.
- Motion is limited to state changes and respects “reduce motion” settings.
- Wide tables scroll within their own region on small screens.
Known limitations
The synthetic call audio uses robotic text-to-speech; the transcript carries the same content. Downloaded CSV files depend on the accessibility of the spreadsheet application you open them in.
