Yes: ServiceTitan documents a native AI Voice Agent for Basic Phones and Phones Pro, including booking, appointment changes and configurable escalation. Access depends on the account and product configuration; an integration claim is not proof that your particular workflow is supported. (help.servicetitan.com)
Ask native and third-party suppliers to perform the same acceptance test:
- Identify an existing customer without creating an unnecessary duplicate.
- Select the correct location and eligible job type.
- Use the approved availability and capacity rules.
- Communicate only authorised fees and arrival expectations.
- Write the correct job record.
- Handle an unavailable slot without inventing another.
- Escalate an unsupported request to the right destination.
- Expose enough identifiers to reconcile the call with the job.
ServiceTitan also documents tagging voice-agent bookings and using forwarding-based routing. Its FAQ warns against giving customers the internal forwarding number because direct calls will not be logged in the normal Search section. That is a useful example of why the actual call path belongs in acceptance testing. (help.servicetitan.com)
Request a demonstration inside your permitted configuration. A logo on an integrations page is not the acceptance test.
